How to transport your cell culture flasks

Sometimes you have to move your cells.


And most lab technicians moving cells recommend 3 things.

  1. Go nuts with parafilm.
  2. Place it in a small ice box that's been wiped with ethanol and UV sterilized.
  3. When you get where you're going, wipe the surface with ethanol.

That's about it. As long as you don't get aggressive with your trip across the parking lot, you'll be fine.
